Hello blog!My Sonos player is playing the radio station Dinner Jazz Excursions 24/7.
My dad was reading out an email from his friend which describes all that his friend had been through this year. I was thinking, whoa so much in such a short time? Then I realised that the year IS going to be over in oh say two weeks? It felt like not too long ago we were still entering the year 2009, worrying about our MID YEARS and whether LCH will still be teaching us.
And look at us now, our school days are way way behind us. I doubt we can even remember how to do simultaneous equations or what the names of Venice's Doges are. School seems like a distant memory, and I bet our uniforms are now hidden deep in the crevices of our cupboards.
I know these past few years I would remember forever because of the wonderful people that made it happen.
The 13++ of the girls, most importantly, they alone can make my life the opposite of living hell.
To Avryl, we've known each other since year 2351. BMW Ftw! Always with the craziness and random outbursts.
To Xin En, you are one of the most aunty-est people I have ever met, (not counting Joey Mong). Thank you for never failing to crack me up.
Yong Hwei, I really have nothing to say to you because we see each other so frequently. :) You have been one of my bestest friends these few years. Thank you for sitting with me on that bus 10 three years ago!
Sulynn, I still like to call you Sullin. Even though we haven't seen each other for so many long days, I miss you and our fave teacher Ms Cui.
Tricia, facial is damn pain how can you stand it? Thank you for making school meaningful and also for the freq tanning slash studying dates! And the secrets we shared are priceless.
Jia Qi, you are the most impossible-to-go-out-with person I have ever met. Stop being so busy all the time! We never fail to have so much laughter during class and out of class, will miss you loads!

Sara P., it's been so long since I called you Sara. SAPEE. I enjoyed each and every moment I spent with you. It's been a long ride (4 years!) and at the end of it we are still strong friends, with you borrowing my Private novels so you can save money and with me helping you order Threadless tees which you still have not paid for.. We go wayyyy back!
Janael, whoa it's been so long since we hung out! Have fun studying for your O's (haha!), and don't forget to keep in touch with random emails like we used to do!

Lionel, today you get out of hospital!! Despite everything I am glad you still have a wicked sense of humor. We've been classmates for what, 27 years?! Since the dark ages of primary school days. Our conversations are always pointless and stupid and WAY random but that what makes it awesome. And, I surrender- I will never get a straight answer out of you.
Joseph Tay, thank you so much for helping me forget that physics is boring, and for lighting up the classroom with your useless comments, and for sabo-ing me in Chem, and for always listening to my nonsense no matter how angry I am. You are a nerd, but an awesome one. :)

To the mighty formidable B'div 2010. Kick. Some. Ass. All the way to Nationals Top 4 this time! You have the potential and the drive for it. To Man, Bi, Janael, Bel, Meli, Kali, Afi, Mag.. it's your last year, so end it right!
To the awesome C'div 2010, you guys are lucky to have such great seniors and coach! ;) The East Zone title is there for you so grab it!
Netball has indeed been the most wonderful experience/CCA in these short years and I will remember you all for forever! Even though I wouldn't be able to see you all play, I will CONFIRM be cheering you on. Even if I'm in the wrong time zone. Thank you by the way for the beautiful scrapbook you guys painstakingly put together for us! I miss being black!
I know no one is going to read my post because everyone has now converted to Twitter/Facebook (they kill the art of blogging!), but I just had to let it out.
It is only 19 more days till I leave for Shrewsbury, UK, and I am inwardly freaked out. I frequently wonder if I can find as awesome friends as the ones I found in our not-so-awesome school.
